The urge to travel and see this great land of ours also has side effects... Like being creative!

Ralph Benz and his wife Barbara used to actually run a caravan park but ultimately decided they'd rather be travelling having seen so many people do that and heard so many stories about 'life on the road'.

We caught up with them in Yass NSW @ the local Showground where we all stayed for a few days.

Ralph wrote and narrated this great poem which they've also made into a calendar.

I’m a clown just a clown - In a bus the two of us
Two dogs one cat around Australia that's that

I’m a clown just a clown, we sleep in late - no need to rush
We've got all day don't have to push

Two dogs, one cat, around Australia that's that

I’m a clown, just a clown, we stay in parks when the price is right
support the battlers and we're safe at night

In a bus, the two of us, two dogs one cat around Australia that's that
I’m a clown just a clown

We have no mortgage, no rates, no fences, no gates
In a bus, the two of us, two dogs, one cat around Australia that's that

I’m a clown just a clown, we'll travel on until we drop
We'll see the sights, the whole lot
